Join staff

It is the Intercessory Missionaries that fuel the House of Prayer by standing in the place of prayer in the Prayer Room as a ministry to God and to the universal body of Christ. We invite you to partner in the vision the Lord has given us to raise up a House of Prayer that will impact countless lives.

Our desire is for God to raise up Intercessory Missionaries with a purpose in their hearts -- a purpose to restore loving Jesus to the forefront, a purpose to live lifestyles of holiness before God, a purpose for Jesus to reveal himself to this generation, and a purpose to see God establish a house of prayer that will continue night and day.

To join full-time or part-time staff you must first complete one track of Relentless: The Luke 18 Internship.

Staff designations

We have 5 different staff designations:

1. Full-time Staff

A. 30 hours/week scheduled prayer room time
B. 10 hours/week of service and/or team building
C. Attendance of all-staff meetings (the last Mon. of every month)
D. Attendance of Global Bridegroom Fast all-staff prayer meetings (GBFs are held the first Mon., Tues. and Wed. of every month)
E. Attendance of Friday Night Burn Service (FNB)
F. Minimum income level met

2. Part-time Staff

A. 20 hours/week scheduled prayer room time
B. 4 hours/week of service and/or team building
C. Attendance of all-staff meetings (the last Mon. of every month)
D. Attendance of Global Bridegroom Fast all-staff prayer meetings (GBFs are held the first Mon., Tues. and Wed. of every month)
E. Attendance of Friday Night Burn Service (FNB)
F. Minimum income level met

3. Prayer Room Staff

A. 12 hours/week scheduled prayer room time
B. Attendance of Friday Night Burn Service (FNB)
C. Attendance of all-staff meetings (the last Mon. of every month)

4. Operations Staff

A. 12 hours/week scheduled prayer room time
B. 28 hours/week of service and/or team building
C. Attendance of all-staff meetings (the last Mon. of every month)

5. Student Staff

A. 8 hours/week scheduled prayer room time
B. Student staff must currently be a student at FSU, TCC or FAMU

Join worship teams

There are 84 2-hour sets weekly to cover 24-hours-a-day 7-days-a-week. To accomplish this we need your help in building our worship teams. If you would like to get involved on a worship team, subscribe to get email updates for information on our next Harp and Bowl Training or email info@ihoptallahassee.org.

Our process for joining a worship team is as follows:

• 1. Harp & Bowl Training
• 2. Worship Team Application/Audition Process
• 3. Orientation
• 4. 4-6 weeks* of Hands on Training

*4-6 weeks varies per person.
